| In September, 1978, I traveled to San Angelo, Texas with my brother Robert and our friend Forest Monahan to visit John(?) Green, the elderly owner of Texas Tank Car Works. Mr. Green made his living rebuilding freight cars but his passion was for the railroad business cars he acquired and restored. The Frisco business car "Harry S. Truman" was one of his projects and we were able to give it a good look. | |
