This a classic with several lines possible.
When I did it in December '94 we went to the right of the cave at the end of the first pitch exiting the belay through what the guide book calls a "bizarre window".

I climbed it again on a snowy Christmas day in 1997 with Dave Chiu and Andy Britton.  The ice was a little thinner and the window was not properly formed so we took it up the left.
